How it all started.

Ever since my childhood, a deep passion for outdoor gear, cutting-edge tech, and extreme sports equipment has fueled my pursuits. Those summer days weren’t just about earning a paycheck—they were about saving up for the next thrilling adventure, be it a new bike or a snowboard. I was adamant about not settling for bottom-of-the-line gear, much to my parents’ chagrin.

Now, as an adult, my enthusiasm hasn’t waned, but my garage is testament to the need for some restraint—I’m running out of space. When friends showcase their latest jackets or hiking shoes, I can’t help but dive into an exhaustive discussion, bombarding them with questions for a good 30 minutes or more. It’s an obsession that’s become a defining part of who I am.

The idea to turn this lifelong passion into something more formal came from my wife, albeit half-jokingly. She suggested, ‘Why not start a blog?’ With no experience in website building and a vague understanding of what a blog truly entails, I took up the challenge.
